i don't want to become an expert in yahoo mail. all i want to do is stop a ton of spam and uninteresting emails from coming into my box. i know there are 3rd party programs that will do this, but is there not a way to do this in yahoo mail itself?
Getting rid of spam and uninteresting email?
Go to mail. Find options - upper right on my screen. Select it and find spam protection. Turn on the spam filters.
Go back to options. Find general preferences - lower right. Turn on special folders.
