How can I stop important email from going into spam box?

I am an Ebay Power Seller, and I use Paypal too. Most of my Ebay sales and Paypal payment notifications go into my spam box. Is there any way to make sure they get into my INBOX? I have tried clicking "this is not spam" on each email. That is supposed to train the filter to redirect the emails back to the inbox but that does not work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Type the email address into your adress book. Then it will come to your regular in box.
Reply:I have a similar case of emails falling into my spam box, some of them are actually in my white list. They still end up there so I had to check spam box first thing before checking other emails. Report Abuse
