While in your email, go to Options, then to Block Addresses...type the addresses in you wish to block.
How can you efectively block a person from you email besides spam?

Reply:Every email program has a blocked senders list that you can put email addresses in. Especially with Outlook and Lotus, you can create rules and even block domains.

Reply:If you have a firewall (included in many virus protection packages or some are free that have limited options) simply look at the full header of the acct/person you want to permanently block from all email services and find the ISP which identifies that computer (for a normal one person computer user, spammers may have multiple ISP's but typically have the first 2=3 numbers in all of their ISP;s) The ISP will look similar to this 70.111.11.111. You can also see your ISP as it will be at the top of email and will look like this:
