Email received in "Inbox" and was classified as "Spam" creating a deletion thereof.
How do I retreive deleted "Spam" email?

but if you can if you use outlook or other pop3 email programs that install on your hard drive.

Reply:Depending on what email client you are using, the deleted mail may be in your 'trash bin'. That would be your only chance.
