How do I stop email that beats the spam blocker by changing one digit at the end of it's address?
As the previous answer stated that is the way the spammers avoid the spam filter. Just keep clicking the Spam Button so the Spam filter programs will learn. Yes, the Yahoo Mail Spam Filter does learn and will soon recognize the changing number trick and learn to block the Base IP address.

To avoid getting spam, quit using you email address as a general ID. A simple Google of "How do I stop Spam?" will get you tons of information.

The best method I found is the Yahoo Mail Plus Address Guard. It allow you to make and use "Disposable Email Addresses". You give out the disposable addresses and when spam starts coming to it, delete it, make a new disposable address. Works like a charm. I recommend using this with a new email account. The old address is already on a list getting supplied to any spammer that wants it. The spam to that address will never stop.
Reply:It takes time to learn. This usually requires you to keep submitting the new one each time one comes. It make take 8 or 10 times for the learning process. Remember, it's a computer. It ain't as smart as a human. Not yet, anyway. Report Abuse

Reply:That's what spam is, and that's how spammers get past spam filters. You don't answer them, or open them, you keep putting them in the spam folder.
