How do I stop someone from using my email for sending spam.?

Every morning I have 100+ emails returned with messages saying my emails could not be sent because of people being "out of the office" or because a spam filter or bulk email would not let my email be sent. The thing is, I did not send these emails. Someone is using my email address to send spam. How do I make it stop. I have sent numerous emails to the abuse email address for Yahoo and I have not solution given to me.

How do I stop someone from using my email for sending spam.?
I faced the same problem in the past. When you sent the abuse report to YAHOO!,had you evidentiated the full headers in each message?

There is also a search engine, the arin.net, so you can try to type it in the internet and take information of what is it. Use it! Maybe you can find usefull information about the spammer, if he is the same person who is sending the messages and he is changing just his address, ecc.

Another solution is to change your account, but I don't think that it is the most appropriate.
