Is there a way of BLOCKING spam email from arriving on my cell phone?

I've been plagued recently by junk mail text messages on my phone!!

Is there a way of BLOCKING spam email from arriving on my cell phone?
HOW to block it depends on who your provider is.. with T-Mobile you can log into T-Mobile.com with your mobile # and password and go to communication tools tab, then select spam/keyword filters..from there you can block keywords or email addresses
Reply:If you have Verizon just dial *611 and tell them about it. They'll take care of it.
