I've just received a spam email from my own email account, does this mean that someone has hacked into my account? I've changed my password but should I also delete my account as well?
What to do when you get spam from your own email?
Usually it means that someone is spoofing your address - pretending to be you, while not actually using your account to send the mail.
You can try reporting it to your mail provider, but there's not usually much they can do about it.
